Sea Lapland refers to the south west region of Finnish Lapland. Three cities and three municipalities are situated in the region: the cities of Kemi and Tornio in Finland and Haparanda in Sweden. Two big rivers, river Tornionjoki and river Kemijoki, are flowing down to the Gulf of Bothnia.
