Sea Lapland occupies the most southwest region of Finnish Lapland. Three cities and three communes form the Sea Lapland area: the cities of Kemi and Tornio in Finland and Haparanda in Sweden. The rivers, Kemijoki and Tornionjoki flowing down to the Gulf of Bothnia, are situated in the region.

Variable nature of Sea Lapland offers you great opportunities for unforgettable snowmobile safaris across frozen sea and rivers. Try your luck on ice fishing, ride a Husky or Reindeer sled through the winter landscape. Snowmobile safaris to wilderness through the snow-covered forest introduce you to Lappish wild nature.

The well known sights are Icebreaker Sampo and Snowcastle in our home town Kemi.
